Terms & conditions

General

• Prices do not include taxes.

• Maximum delivery time: 5 calendar days

• Extra session hour: 30€.

• Basic edition included in the price.

• Special retouch requested by the client: 4€/picture.
  Objects removal, sky replacement, pool or grass filling, etc.

• The client is responsible for ensuring that the home is prepared for the session.

• The photographer will determine how many photos are needed, taking into account the size and value of the home.

• The ordering of a job by the client implies acceptance of the rates, terms and conditions.

Displacement

• Travel fees from Marratxí: 0,4€/km (round trip).

• The trip will not be charged when the total distance is less than 30km.

• Discounts do not apply to displacement.

Cancellation policy

• Appointments canceled or postponed on the same day of the session will have a surcharge of 25€ as a loss of reservation.

• There will be no surcharge when the cancellation is due to weather reasons.

• In both cases, displacement will be charged if the cancellation occurs once the photographer has arrived at the home.

Use of photographs

• The ownership of the photographs rests with the photographer, who grants the client the license to use them.

• The client will not be able to share the photographs with other companies, except collaborating real estate agencies.

• The photographer may extend the use license to other companies that do not have the objective of marketing real estate (architects, interior designers, construction companies, etc).

• The photographer reserves the right to publish the photographs on his website and social networks.
